Her company, Mary Waltham Publishing Consultant (MaryWaltham.com), helps international scientific, technical and medical publishers to confront the rapid change that the networked economy poses to their business models and to develop new opportunities to build publications and services that deliver outstanding scientific and economic value.
Before founding her publishing consulting company in 1999, Mary was President and Publisher for Nature and the Nature family of journals in the US, and formerly Managing Director and Publisher of The Lancet.
